Home Brew Recipe Kit for our version of Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye Red IPA.
This is a fantastic Red IPA: Not overly heavy or bitter (55 IBU) and a reasonable alcohol level (6.1% ABV). With the rye making up only 7.7% of the grist, the peppery / spicy flavours are not what we would call over the top. It is subtle and balanced.
All ingredients you will need are included in this recipe kit. Malted Grain, Hops, Yeast. (Malt Extract for Extract Option). Kit includes brewing instructions.

4Kgs - Gladfield Ale Malt (All Grain Option)
800g - Gladfield Aurora Malt
800g - Gladfield Red Back Malt
500g - Gladfield Rye Malt
300g - Gladfield Medium Crystal Malt
80g - Gladfield Light Chocolate Malt
or for the Extract with Partial Mash option:

Hops are all pre-measured for each addition and vac packed in foil bags to make your brew day easier.
15g - Columbus for 60 minutes boil
30g - Magnum for 15 minutes boil
20g - Chinook for 5 minutes boil
30g - Magnum for 5 minute boil
60g - Chinook Dry Hop @ 5 days
30g - Citra Dry Hop @ 5 days
30g - Magnum Dry Hop @ 5 days
