An FTSs Temperature Controller is available for this Chronical, as well as an optional LCD temp gauge.
The manufacturer recommends using Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) (sold separately) for initial cleaning to remove oils, grease and any manufacturing residue. Alternatively PBW can be used and then conditioned with Star San before use.
