3.8 Kg - Marris Otter Malt (All Grain Option)
300g - Weyermann Carapils Malt
300g - Gladfield Wheat Malt
80g - Gladfield Light Chocolate Malt
or for the Extract with Partial Mash option:
Liquid Malt Extract
300g - Weyermann Carapils Malt (Steep)
300g - Gladfield Wheat Malt (Steep)
80g - Gladfield Light Chocolate Malt (Steep)
Hops are all pre-measured for each addition and vac packed in foil bags to make your brew day easier.
15g - Fuggle Pellet @ 6.1% AA for 60 minutes boil
25g - East Kent Goldings Pallet @ 5% AA for 20 minutes boil
20g - Fuggle Pallet @ 6.1% AA for 20 minutes boil
